当院について

日本語以外の言語での診療について

当院では、原則として日本語で診療を行っております。日本語でのコミュニケーションが難しい場合は、医療内容を正確に伝えられる成人の通訳者の同伴をお願いいたします。
※電話通訳には対応しておりません。

翻訳アプリ等を介した診療では、医学的内容が十分に正確に伝わらない場合があります。安全な診療のため、状況や緊急性によっては対応が難しい場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

なお、日本の公的医療保険に加入されていない外国籍の方は、自費診療（診療報酬点数1点あたり20円）となります。

Medical Consultations in Languages Other Than Japanese

As a general rule, our clinic provides medical consultations in Japanese.

If you have difficulty communicating in Japanese, we kindly ask that you attend with an adult interpreter who can accurately communicate medical information.
Please note that telephone interpretation services are not available.

Please understand that consultations conducted through translation applications may not always allow medical information to be communicated completely accurately.
For patient safety, there may be situations, including urgent cases, in which we are unable to provide consultation or treatment.

Foreign nationals who are not enrolled in the Japanese public health insurance system will be treated as private (self-pay) patients at JPY 20 per medical fee point.
